About Our Medical Director

Dr. Gary Crawford has served as Canyonwood’s Medical Director since 1996 and our Attending Physician since 1984. Dr. Crawford attended medical school at the John A. Burns School of Medicine, University of Hawaii. He completed his residency in Internal Medicine with an emphasis on primary care.

Dr. Crawford is a member of the American College of Physicians, Phi Beta Kappa, and the American Medical Directors Association. He also is involved with Turtle Bay Exploration Park. When he has free time, Dr. Crawford enjoys wakeboarding, water skiing, downhill skiing, and traveling.
